Shipping & Returns Policy
We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on https://motivationandsuccess.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
If available where you live, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Second Day or Overnight, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States where our warehouse is located.
For orders $500 and above, a signature will be required at the time of delivery.
We ship to the following:
50 Contiguous United States
Standard Freight transit time, (7-14 business days)
Standard Ground transit time, (3-6 business days)
Second Day transit time, (2-3 business days)
APO/FPO Addresses
Shipments to APO or FPO addresses will be via USPS (expedited shipping i.e. Overnight/2 Day is not available).
The delivery time and cost for APO & FPO shipments may vary.
PO Box Addresses

Overnight transit time, (1-2 business days)
Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands
Orders default to ship UPS Standard Ground service with the transit time of 3-6 business days
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can either log into your account, navigate to your orders, and initiate your return there or contact us at hello@motivationandsuccess.com. If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
