Coming from a small town in Washington, I was bullied most of my life for being overweight. With a college degree in hand and dreams of shedding the pounds, feeling confident in my own skin, and leaving the toxicity (toxic city – get it?) behind, I set out for the desert to become the boss ass bitch I had always dreamt I could be.
