I strongly believe that we’re all bigger than the things that happen to us. If you allow things to bother you during your day, it will steal your joy and rob you of the ability to become positive and to feel good, which might just ruin your overall chances of success. Why? Because when you feel good, good things start happening to you. This is called the Positive Edge.
Four Aspects of the Edge
Everything you need to do in order to develop the positive edge is broken down into four aspects of your being:
- Thoughts: These are both conscious and subconscious beliefs, reflections, ideas and habits. Controlling your thoughts and changing them creates a domino effect that brings positivity to the other three aspects.
- Energy: Your energy is the palpable vibration that you send off—whether you know it or not. This energy feeds into the dynamics discussed in the law of attraction and acts like a magnet bringing back exactly what you put out.
- Emotions: Your emotions are your feelings about events, people and situations in your life. But your emotions don’t just revolve around things outside of you; they also reflect your self-esteem and confidence.
- Attitude: The attitude you have dictates your outlook on life. It’s either positive or negative, optimistic or pessimistic. In order to gain the positive edge, there can be no straddling the attitude fence. You must commit to the dark or the light.
The positive edge cannot be gained by paying attention to only one of the four aspects. All four must work in concert to create an overwhelming positive energy source within you that extends out and affects everyone and everything you come in contact with. You must be ready to overhaul each of these four parts of yourself to gain the full power of the positive edge.
Success and happiness in all aspects of life don’t occur by accident or coincidence. The more positive you are, the more good things will flow more effortlessly!
